General Requirements

Formatting Guidelines

Text Formatting

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Line Spacing: Double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page Numbers: Bottom center
  • Length: 6,000-8,000 words (research articles)

References & Citations

  • Style: IEEE citation format
  • In-text: Numbered citations [1], [2]
  • References: Numbered list at end
  • Minimum: 20 references for research articles
  • Currency: 80% within last 10 years
