Manuscript Categories
SLTC–JESET welcomes authors to submit manuscripts that align with the scope of the journal in the following categories:
- Research Articles, Review Papers, and Case Studies: 3,000–7,000 words (approximately 6–12 pages)
- Narrative Reviews / Systematic Reviews: 3,000–7,000 words (approximately 6–12 pages)
- Book Reviews: 800 –1,500 words (approximately 2 – 4 pages)
- Editorial Letters: 800 –1,500 words (approximately 2 – 4 pages)
Submission Requirements
All submissions must be written in English and submitted on or before the specified submission deadline. Detailed guidelines for manuscript preparation are provided in the official templates, which are available in Microsoft Word format. Authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically in PDF format via the designated submission portal. In addition, the Author Declaration Form must be completed and submitted through the same portal at the time of submission.
Manuscripts reporting human or animal research must include a certified copy of the ethics approval letter issued by a recognized Ethics Review Committee. This document must be uploaded during the submission process.
The similarity index of submitted manuscripts must not exceed 20%.
AI Usage Policy
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used only for language editing and polishing.
- AI tools must not be used for data generation, methodology development, or results analysis.
- Any use of AI for language polishing must be explicitly declared in the Acknowledgement section of the manuscript.
- Authors are also required to disclose AI usage during submission via the Author Declaration Form.
Submission of Camera-Ready Version
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a blind peer-review process to evaluate their suitability for publication in the journal. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to submit the camera-ready version of the manuscript in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats. All accepted papers must be registered for publication in the journal.

Plagiarism and Ethical Standards
All submissions to SLTC–JESET must be original works and must be free from plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. Authors are required to appropriately acknowledge and cite all prior publications, whether their own or those of others. Submitted manuscripts will be subjected to plagiarism screening, and a similarity index exceeding 20% will be treated as a violation of the journal's ethical standards. Any manuscript found to exceed this threshold or to contain plagiarized content will be rejected without further review.
In addition, all submissions must comply with the AI usage policy stated above. The Editorial Committee reserves the right to withdraw accepted or published papers, blacklist authors from future submissions, and report confirmed cases of plagiarism or ethical misconduct to the authors affiliated institutions and/or relevant professional bodies.
Template, Author Declaration and Copyright Form
For paper submission, authors are required to strictly adhere to the provided guidelines. Official manuscript templates are available in the relevant section for reference and download. The Author Declaration Form can be downloaded using the provided link and must be submitted together with the initial manuscript submission.
Upon acceptance of the paper, authors are required to submit the Copyright Form along with the camera-ready version of the manuscript.
